Bridge Management builds bridges between Sweden and the Baltics
To ensure delivery on time and quality, Baltic Quality created an entirely new concept and a brand new feature - Bridge Management.
- We have done this to facilitate the contacts between the two organizations in two different regions and to smoothly make them function as a single unit with the goal of achieving the results and benefits as planned and as expected, says Leif Eriksson, CEO at Baltic Quality.
Baltic Qualitys project organization the Bridge management consists of a Bridge Manager at the customer and one in the Baltics. They will ensure from day one that people with the right skills, experiences and attitude are assigned to the project, a structured process is immediately established with regular meetings, ongoing documentation and monitoring.
- We handle all legal, all contracts and all escalation processes. It is important that the projects are fully transparent and in accordance with Swedish law. The function bridge manager is far more responsible and goes much deeper than a traditional brokerage function. Our business is totally different, says Leif Eriksson.

A bridge manager also takes care of the consultants and help them and also their families with travel, accommodation and visa etc. When people feel good they do a good job.
- We are active both with the clients and our consultants and we ensure that we do not lose anything along the way. We work in jointly CRM / Case Management Systems and have a good follow-up. We ensure that the customers get a quality delivery, as they expect. Reactions from customers have been extremely positive. They appreciate the flexibility we offer, as well as the loyalty and the quality of the consultants. Our deliveries are perceived at least as good and many times even better than what the customers would have received if they run the projects internally, precisely because we have such capable people, says Leif Eriksson and continues:
- We are working with cross culture. Our ultimate goal is to get the market to understand the value of a complementary business model with a nearshore alternative. We do not just build an IT bridge, but a cultural bridge between Sweden and the Baltics.
