IT group cooperate with Baltic Quality

One of the leading IT corporations in the Nordics have chosen to work with Baltic Quality to obtain a closer solution using nearshore. The cooperation, which has lasted for five years involves several areas of expertise.

- We among other things help out with production support. It involves significant amounts of business documents exchanged between buyers and sellers. We monitor, correct, refine and put in production the changes that our customers decide on, says Leif Eriksson, CEO at Baltic Quality. For the IT group, it is perfectly acceptable to use Baltic Qualitys consultants in the Baltics.

- The law says that personal identity can not be shown to individuals outside the EU, unless there is approval from the end user or that the system has been rebuilt. The reason is that it can not appear in the personal data which persons are concerned. It works well with Baltic companies, which are within the EU. Here we can offer an interesting and cost-effective alternative, which is close both geographically and culturally, says Leif Eriksson.
