The Baltic countries have a tradition of high quality training in several areas. Especially in IT, when Riga during the Soviet era was an engineering center for wireless technology. After five years in Riga, Baltic Quality can attest that it is true, many engineers with a mathematical background are working in the IT industry. It makes the job a little easier. Skills, combined with motivation, loyalty and flexibility has given Baltic Quality the security to meet the Nordic markets demands.
Many companies in the Baltics, through good management have succeeded in retaining their employees over time. This ensures continuity, which in turn leads to quality when team of employees have the opportunity to grow together, especially in IT development.
Several companies are working closely with leading universities in the region and it is common for professors to divide their time between universities and the industry. For businesses, this means transparency in various training and an opportunity to recruit talent.

Baltic Quality and SETS already in 2008 received the award as “Best Exporter” of the Latvian Ministry of Finance, which arranges the “Export and Innovation Award”.
